I received BA in Economics from Santa Clara University and PhD in Economics from Claremont Graduate School. I have taught at California State Los Angeles, Santa Clara University, US International University and University of California Riverside.I served as the Executive Officer of Battery C, 2nd of 31st Artillery.  In 1975 I joined CIC Research and am serving as President and Chairman since 1980.

I married Laura M Rodgers in Mission Santa Clara.  We raised six children and currently have 4&1/3 grandchildren.

My personal passions are big game hunting, waterfowling, and tuna fishing.
