I’ve worn many hats in my professional career which has provided me with a very diverse background. I worked in the brokerage industry for almost 20 years; going from a wire operator, to operations manager, to stock broker.  After deciding that I no longer wanted that high stress occupation, I became a manager at Macy’s. Now that’s stress! That’s not what I wanted to do, let’s try something else. Computers were just being introduced into the business environment.  I took a job with Digital Equipment, and discovered that I really enjoyed working with computers and learned as much as I could at the operational end and found it fun.   I went to Fujitsu Software, where I learned website design and event planning.  My last job was with Xilinx, creating websites and doing their event planning.

I was married twice and have been divorced for many years. Unfortunately I never had children, but I do have nieces, nephews,  great nieces and nephews that I  spend a lot of time with and absolutely adore.

I’m an avid hiker and enjoy the great outdoors. I’ve been fortunate to do a bit of traveling and have visited Australia, Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Costa Rica, Italy, Southern France, Spain, Portugal, and this last year Africa! In 2013 I did make it to China and got to see the Terra cotta Soldiers and the Great Wall of China and learned how to make silk - Fabulous!

I’ve enjoyed working on the 50th reunion for Campbell High and hope you find this website useful and informative. The website will continue to be a work in progress.

We’d like to hear your story. Let us know what you’ve been doing.

Cheers,
Lynda
